All gloves are sold in matched pairs of right and left-hand only. Prices do not include the cost of shipping. Recipients of orders purchased from a Florida address add 7% sales tax, inclusive of shipping. Recipients of orders shipped to a non-US address should check with their local post office or customs agency to determine if any additional duties, fees or taxes will be due upon receipt. All prices, transactions, and invoices are in US$.

Because of VAT requirements, UK customers must purchase a minimum order (including shipping) of $180 or €135.

Shipping Transit Time

We have no control over how long it takes to deliver a package after we give it to the Post Office or any other carrier. Domestic UPS and US Mail shipments usually take 2 or 3 weekdays east of the Mississippi and five to the west coast. The same holds true for shipping overseas. The least expensive 1st Class air mail shipping is pretty reliable about 95% of the time and usually takes 7 to 10 weekdays but sometimes takes a month or more because of delays in customs or other unforeseen problems.

Tracking Numbers

Click on the link in your shipping confirmation email to browse to your tracking details. 1^st Class Mail International usually only tracks to the US border so after that there is no way of knowing where your gloves are or when they will be delivered. Non-US customers should request Priority Mail International if a tracking number is required.

Insurance Coverage

Except for the default $100 value on domestic UPS packages, we do not insure shipments unless you ask us to and then, only if the shipping method supports insurance--1^st Class International does not and depending on the destination country, Priority Mail International either also does not or is limited to up to $650 valuation.

Shipping Address

We will of course ship your gloves to the address you provide when you place your order but if it is not initially clear or indicated we will use the billing address you provide to PayPal. You should always check the address on your order confirmation to make sure it is correct and contact us immediately if it is not.
