All of our gloves can be purchased directly from Harness Designs or from any of the dealers listed at the bottom of this page.

To order your gloves, please review the price list first to find the model number that describes the size, style, and options you want. Make a note of the model number and description. If you are not ordering with a credit card, calculate and include the shipping cost and, if applicable, sales tax. If you are ordering with a credit card, we will calculate and charge the appropriate shipping for you.

FOUR WAYS TO ORDER FROM US

• Call

Credit card holders (see note) can call us at 850-523-7890 during regular business hours to place orders on the phone.

• Fax

If you have an order form, fill it out and fax it to 850-523-7892. If you need an order form please follow the instructions below for filling out and printing the PDF. If you prefer, you can simply fax us your name, address, phone number, model number and description of the gloves you want, and your credit card number (see note) and expiration date.

Please don't scan and email the order form.  Instead, read on for email instructions.

• E-mail

In the subject field of your message type "glove order". In the body of the message include your name, address, phone number, the model number and description of the gloves you want, and your credit card number and expiration date (see note).

If you don't receive an order confirmation in about a day, you should assume that your email didn't get through and that you don't have an order.  Please check the email address or change to plain text and send your order again.

• Mail

If you have an order form, fill it out and mail it to the address shown at the bottom of this page.  If you need an order form please follow the instructions above for filling out and printing the PDF.  If you prefer, you can simply mail us your name, address, phone number, part number and description of the gloves you want, and your credit card number (see note) and expiration date or other US$ payment.

Credit Cards

Please provide your Visa or Master Card number and expiration date when placing your order.  Since email is not secure we recommend that you either send half of your credit card number in one email and the other half and expiration date in a second email or spell out each individual digit in words or fax or phone it to us instead.  We do not need the security code on the back so please do not send it.

If this is the first time you have ordered from us with your current credit card, please provide your card number, expiration date, and your full name and billing address.  If you use the same credit card on subsequent orders, we only need the expiration date and billing address if they have changed since your previous order.

If, with their permission, you are using someone else's credit card, that person must fax to us a message that includes their full name, address, credit card number, expiration date, copy of the front and back of the credit card, and their signature, granting their permission for us to charge the invoice total amount to their card.

Other means of payment include a US$ personal check drawn on a U.S. bank, bank draft, or international money order. Include the shipping cost and, if applicable sales tax. Please don't send cash.

Exchanges and Returns

• Please call or email ahead for a return authorization.  
• Gloves must be in absolutely new condition.
• Gloves need to have been purchased directly from us within the last 30 days.  
• Gloves that have been customized can not be returned or exchanged.
• We charge a fee of 5% for exchanges (plus shipping) and 10% for returns.
