All of our gloves can be purchased directly from Harness Designs or from any of the dealers listed at the bottom of this page.

To order your gloves, please review the price list first to find the model number that describes the size, style, and options you want. Make a note of the model number and description. If you are not ordering with a credit card, please calculate and include the shipping cost and, if applicable, sales tax. If you are ordering with a credit card, we will calculate and charge the appropriate sales tax and shipping for you.

Please do not sent your credit card details (see note).

Order

• Call

Call us at 850-364-1005 during regular business hours to place orders on the phone.

• Email

In the subject field of your message type "glove order". In the body of the message include your name, address, phone number and the model number and description of the gloves you want or fill out, scan and email an order form.

If you don't receive an order confirmation in about a day, you should assume that your email didn't get through and that you don't have an order.  Please check the email address or change to plain text and send your order again.

• Skype

If you want to call us on Skype and I have not added you as a contact, make sure I can tell who you are in your invitation or email me in advance because if I can't tell if you're legitimate, I won't add you as a contact.  

Like regular phone calls, please call during regular business hours and since I'm not crazy about the immediacy of instant messaging, I can't guarantee you that I'll be real quick to respond but if it's how you prefer to communicate I'll do the best I can.

• Mail

If you have an order form, fill it out and mail it to the address shown at the bottom of this page.  If you need an order form please follow the instructions above for filling out and printing the PDF.  If you prefer, you can simply mail us your name, address, phone number and the model number and description of the gloves you want.

It is very important that you open and read the pro forma invoice that is attached to your order confirmation email.  I is your responsibility to contact us immediately to make any necessary corrections because it includes exactly what you've ordered, when it will ship, where and how it will be shipped and how much it's going to cost you.

Credit Cards

Please do not include credit card details with your order.

Instead of us storing your credit card details and submitting the charge for you, you will use a PayPal webpage to make the payment yourself.  In most countries you can do this with or without a PayPal account.  Click on the link in your order confirmation email at any time before your ship date to be taken to your invoice and then look for 'use your credit card or bank account, continue'.  

Please do not use the 'Send Money' service as there is no way to include your invoice number. Since some spam filters may block your confirmation email you should check your junk folder and mark me as a safe sender or email me back if you have not received a confirmation within a day and I will send you one as plain text.

A short time after you make the payment you will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal and then, as before on your ship date, a shipping confirmation email from me. If your gloves have shipped by UPS your email will include a link to your package tracking.

If you have not paid your invoice by the time your order is due to ship I will email you a reminder but to avoid any delay please pay no later than the day before your ship date.

We always ship to the shipping address indicated on your order confirmation (if it's shown--otherwise the billing address), not any address you provide to PayPal.

Other means of payment include a US$ personal check drawn on a U.S. bank, bank draft, or international money order. Include the shipping cost and, if applicable sales tax. Please don't send cash.

Sales Tax Note:  Florida residents only, add 7.5%

Exchanges and Returns

• Please call or email ahead for a return authorization.  
• Gloves must be in absolutely new condition.
• Gloves need to have been purchased directly from us within the last 30 days.  
• Gloves that have been customized can not be returned or exchanged.
• We charge a fee of 5% for exchanges (plus shipping) and 10% for returns.
